Does it go off when you shut the fridge.

I have been conducting experiments on this subject for years now. I close the door slowly to see if the light goes off, but by the time i get the door to the point where the light should go off, i cant see inside the fridge anymore. Does ST have any input towards this topic?

yes it does, there is a little switch thing on mine, i can turn the light off with the door open i think i will go do that now. :nododgy:
 
do think the camera would break because of the cold conditions? otherwise we should try that.
 
I can shut my door almost all the way and i can see the light turn off right before i close it. I too have studied this phenomenon. So yes it does.
 
i kno i try to surprise it by opening the door randomly, but the light is always on so i am really baffled by this

btw i finally understand wat ur name means
 
it pushes a little button thingy in when the door closes. you can push it with the door open and find your answer. yes it goes off.

and does anybody have any evidence that the light goes off. if you do, please bring it forward
 
Well I know for fact that the light goes off because I have a fridge that you can see through the door and I can see the light go off.

edit: Ironically they've turned the light on in this picture.
