The marketplace of ideas
how does this idea influence the application of limits on free speech?
 
What do you think about the "marketplace of ideas"?

Do you think there are too many laws restricting the "marketplace of ideas"? Is this concept of everyone being able to express their opinion too good to be true? What are your thoughts?
