the new samsung/ sprint instinct trouble?

does anyone know step by step how can i get all of my contacts and pictures all of that stuf from my sprint instinct on to my pc and save it.. neeed the best hep possible>>?

Check the box your phone came in there should be software, usb cable, and a insturction manual. If not check sprints site and see if there's any desktop software avalible if there's none try the manufactures site like HTC or whichever the brand. And worst case call in to tech support they should be able to walk you step by step. Hope it works out.
