The one thing that makes you believe in god?

I've seen all the standard arguments and reasons on here many times, but I'm asking a slightly different question.
What is it, at heart, that makes you stay with your faith? The thing, maybe something you don't quite understand, which holds you together through the doubts?
I'm an atheist but I'm not mocking anyone here, I'm just interested in other peoples' experiences.

The presence of the Holy Spirit in my life which creates miracles.A few days ago I prayed for a girl with an incurable and medically untreatable condition.Due to a birth defect she had no cartilage in her back and this caused disks to continually rub against each other.The resultant continual pain had made her suicidal .No problem at all! After just several minutes of extreme faith prayers,God created new cartilage in her back :all mighty: and the pain completely and immediately stopped!! :applause:No suicide for her !!!
