squat too far. what is wrong? I Originaly Hurt my Knee in a Grass Volleyball tournament (I Dont Know How) Everything was fine until I sat down after a game in the Finals. When I tried to strighten my Left leg out i go a Strong pain on the outside my knee. What Can I do to stop the Pain? I should be leaving for the U.S. Border Patrol soon and I'd like to know what wrong with my knee so that I can try to get it healed before I leave for Training. Thank You
