The first time you started recovering did you have epic binges that consist of almost eating yourself to death? I want to hear how much Recovering anorexics binge and if its normal for them to binge and i would feel alot better about m binges if people wrote how much they have eaten when bingeing
One time i ate 6 pop-tarts with peanut butter on top, a toaster struddle, go-tarts, peanutbutter granola,bowls of cereal, a hot pocket, tortilla with a fried milky way bar in the middle, chips, like 20 cookies, 5 ice cream cups and chocolate milk that when i was 77 and i havent had a binge in a wile but they come up now and then b/c im still recovering i just want to know im not the only one out there that has Crazy binges like this. I know that when i reach a certain wieght they wont happen anymore.
