So, all the stores around my house were out of the sims3 so,I thought I'd save ten dollars and downloaded it off the EA website. Well, my computer is dead and I had to get a new laptop and re-download it to it. I had it for only about a week or two.
It downloaded fine. It won't let me get the patch. When I try to install it, it does but all of the sky is gone! All black except inside the houses.
What do I do? Anyone else get this problem? Could I get my money back possibly to get the disc version?
