The Stepfather 3 on DVD? Anyone know where I can find it?

I have the Original Stepfather 1 and 2 on dvd but I would like to try and find the third one. I have looked on the internet and best buy but I haven't really found anything. I don't even know if it is out on dvd....anyone?
Also...I'm talking about the ORIGINALS not the remake
