there is a dvd stuck in my dvd drive and when i press eject it doesn't come...

...out. How do i remove the dvd? I put a dvd in my laptop (Dell Studio 1737) and my computer wasn't able to read it. Now when I press eject, the dvd doesn't come out, instead the dvd drive starts making weird noises. I tried restarting the computer but it didn't work. This dvd is stuck in my drive. How do I force it out??
