there is no play button on blueray menu?

i recently rented 2012 blueray from blockbuster and since my laptop can play bluerays i put it in, so i get to the disc menu and there is no play button it just keeps playing the same little clips it does on every blueray menu there is no play button or any other options and if i hit play on the tool bar it does nothing. how can i watch my movie
 
You could always call blockbuster or tech support for your laptop. It's probably a function key.
