There's pee smell circulating through my house because of my vents?

The other day, my toilet overflowed and before I could get a towel, pee/water ran across the floor and straight down into my vent. Now my house smells like pee. It's horrible and embarrassing! Is there something that I can dump down into my vent to get rid of the smell? Please help! I need something fast because I am expecting company in a couple days!
I don't think it was a lot of water. It's dried up now,..but the smell still lingers.
 
Was it a lot of pee/water? Hope not. Try sprinkling a box of Arm & Hammer baking soda down in the vent leave it for a day vacuum, repeat. If this doesn't work try 20 Mule Team Borax into the vent using the same procedure. Both products can be purchased in the laundry section of Walmart. As a last resort news paper may absorb oder
