date once for 1 month exactly he dumped me 4 days before my b-day and said i kisse someone while i was dating him when i didnt but he wont believe me made me cry all weekend and then asked me out and i still really love him and i said imnot sure r u gonna hurt me again or no and he said whatever bye this is stupid

It sounds like both a good guys. Guys are very protective of girlfriends, and hate being cheated on. To him you are "his girl", and if someone else "kissed you" then he feels like you were stolen. I think it's common. I think he's a good guy.. just confused. Reassure him you are his if you want to be..

Don't give up on guy 2 because he was confused...
 
Isn't it obvious? Guy #2 hurt you, why would you trust him again? Go with guy #1.
 
I would go for guy #1... He seems a lot sweeter and like he actually cares for you... Tell guy #2 that when he grows up and learns to care for a girl that maybe he can have a chance... Tell guy #1 how you feel... Good luck!

number 2 is a jerk and needs to be taught how to treat a women or else he'll never get anywhere trust me hun if you wanna be ahppy and not have to deal with stupid little fights or break ups go with the first guy.
