Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

There is and I thought I'd used it for setting up my seat (I'm OCD about things like that). I expect I fall into the 'outside of average' statistics box. From what I've read, pain in the outside of the back of the knee suggests the seat is too high, so I'll drop the seat few mm a session and see how it goes.

Grr at abdominal pain from yesterdays core training. Tried doing some interval training and experienced sharp pain in my core after jogging 5 meters.

Serious Note: Don't do core training before my running days.

Non-serious Note: My abs are being an ass.

i spy with my little eye, something beginning with "seventh doesn't have a well-planned routine"

rest days, man, rest days! also, core training before ANY strenuous activity is a no-no. you use your core for everything!

Goes into OCD meltdown. . Sort out a routine now, or I'll start rocking and muttering to myself in the corner and no amount of RDA will be able to help me!

RDA?

Also GRRRRRRRRR at losing weight for no reason.

I resorted to eating like once per hour to gain some more muscle.

It worked for like a week. Caused massive overheating, but worked. Now I'm 2kg lighter for no sodding reason.

YES!

I wish I had some Sustanon right now. I'd sell my vestibular system, adrenals, and my not-very-feminine-to-begin-with facial features for some extra muscle mass....

Ok, I wouldn't, but only because it's illegal and immoral given I plan on fighting in some competitions...

*mopes in the corner, guzzling yet more high protein soup*

In fairness, I did make some good progress when seen in perspective. At one point last year I was only 48 kilograms. I am 58 on a good day...

a while ago i came home from my norwegian course, saw my father standing near the door inside the apartment, looked at him, and got startled when he spoke half a second later. knowing he was there. go figure.

I was going to start back at the (real) gym tonight but left it too late, maybe didn't have enough motivation, still haven't got back into my meal times routine from the holiday break, and I haven't got a plan/routine/anything worked out for what I'll do when I get to the gym. Grrrrr.
