I'd tell someone their sexy if I knew them. I'd tell a friend or something like that. Like my fellow MAPpers. I tell em they're cute.

but saying it to a stranger, yeah thats just creepy. don't respond to them.

Did a bit of light security yesterday at a party for 250 seventeen and eighteen year olds. Nothing much, just checking the guest list and keeping a watchful eye.
Very interesting working with the bouncers and how they went about their business.

Why the grrrr?

Was awake for 22 hours yesterday. I am dead on my feet today, dehydrated and with a headache. Ears are still ringing as I was stood directly under a speaker until the doors were finally locked.

Been feeling really bloated recently. Decided to have a fasting day. ... I'm starving ... Luckily I has rice pudding in the cupboard for just this sort of emergency .

I dunno I'm with blade that I wouldn't have any problem jokingly calling other people on map sexy and I know next to nothing about any of you. Not sure I'd look you up on fb and send you a message just to say that though

True that!

I refuse to go anywhere near 'diet', 'weight watchers', 'low fat', or 'be good to yourself' foods! Yuck, Yuck, Yuck, Yuck!

Um well they do leave out the best bit. The FAT! That's all your body wants. Nice juicy fat. Brain fule that stuff is. Absolutely essential for the brain to function properly. Did you think it was just coincidence geeks go from skinny weeds as adolescents to hulking blubber factories as adults?

I haven't met as many fat geeks as fat non-geeks, my office for instance. Trying to resist beer. The wine shop around the corner closed at 8pm but if it had been 9pm I'd have cracked and gone for a bottle or two. Found this in Woodbridge a couple of weeks ago, was really nice (initially dubious about the 'lager' label but it was like a proper ale).

Arghhh, the bridge street shop stocks it and is open til 10! I'm off.....................

Well that's because they all live in their mothers basements and have grown too fat to leave the house. .... An intoxicated harukoraharu ... Drop by my place. I has beer!

Yay fat. I love me some grease for my high powered metabolic engine. Heheheee.

My GRR: almost passed out while lifting. Think it was a combination of simply overdoing it and a mild head cold...

They didn't have any Calvors so opted for a Sam Smith instead, just one as their bottles are huge. It did require cycling towards the city centre a bit and seeing people on their way for a Saturday night out. Can't remember the last time those people included me

i hate sneezing. my upper respiratory tract is utterly moronic, which has resulted in my sneezing forcing such a volume of tears out of my right eye that it actually irritated it. actually i also hate my right eye. or at least one of them. not sure whether to hate the one with or the one without the mild epicanthic fold. why the hell do i have epicanthic fold in only one eye anyway?

Trying to do a maths problem that used to cause me no bother in GCSE days, don't know if it is lack of practice or I've because I've just had a nap but I feel a moron.

If 30g of powder contains 27g of protein how much powder does Steve need to use in his peri-workout shake to get 120g of protein? If desired show your working.

How would you measure that accurately with a scoop? I just bung it in. I should really know how much grams of protein but the Myprotein packs are not very easy to read let alone understand, plus they have several sizes of scoop, two of them are large! I'm guessing I get 40-50g in a shake after a workout, but am a noob to the strength supplement game
