Potentially, but trust me, paracetamol overdose is a bad idea. Liver failure is one of the most unpleasant ways a person can die, and even if you were to survive you may suffer from a number of long term complications.
^ This and it would be unfortunate to find happier times but compromised health. I had a colleague at work who had a real bulimia problem, but she was like size 12 at most to begin with, but went to possibly a 6. I'm sure this body image was part of another problem but now shes stuck with a type of diabetes, had so many ops to repair eye issues and lost her job to disability, but seems to be more sorted on other stuff.
GP would be a good place to start. I'd have issue if you were prescribed Seroxat as it has (with some people) a potential to make matters worse, I had the misfortune to be on a call with an ex bf who had rigged his car up and the police breaking it in, he got sectioned. Oh I do know how to pick 'em. Suppose you got to laugh really
CBT is quite highly rated yet it's also quite hard to get on the NHS and many PCTs will not fund enough therapists but you may be lucky. I know in my area unless you've been at the edge nothing much will happen. The irony is the NHS may spend tens of thousands on cancer treatment yet when it comes to how you feel find even a few hundred like getting blood from a stone.
in other news my sofa is now dry but I still have laundry and tomorrows lunch to sort but I dont like this coughin at all
Supposedly, glucose and chocolate cravings are linked to magnesium deficiencies. I know a biophysicist who is a long-term sufferer of a sweet tooth, like myself, and she said the magnesium worked very quickly to alleviate her cravings. She is academically famous, for what that is worth. I haven't had the time to search the medical literature on this, but if you decide to check it out, I'd appreciate you passing on any wisdom you gain.
