Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

Agreed. And in retrospect its not that big a deal. I'm actually excited to think about all the TIME I'll get back NOT talking this guy off ledges every time his girl blinks wrong, lol!

Coworkers are bemusedly indulgent, s'more the patients I'm trying to hide it from.

Yeah, I'm not normally one to bruise either. As with everything else on Saturday, I blame the nights shifts

Nah that caught my jaw, and on left side, where the eye that came up strongest was the right. Otherwise would have thought it was the prime candidate.

knuckle is huge and purple, have limited ROM and it really bloody hurts. just in time for the start of the boxing season. great.

stupid, stupid, stupid.

My most disturbing suppository story was almost exactly the opposite. I felt violated...

Uh oh. Not digesting something well Frodo. Too much cake. If you're havin' tummy problems, you can get prescription strength (like 10-20x OTC microbe count) probiotics without prescriptions in The States. I find they're a good shotgun approach to overall digestive health improvement.

Go to the gym, mentally prepared to do a certain muscle group (in this case - back). Mentally plan out the exercises, the reps, in which order.

Deliberately go on a Sunday, as its quiet. Not many people should be there as its the work base gym and its quite small.

Get there. Its busy. You scan around and notice that everyone.else.is.training.back.muscles. so all the kit you need to use is all occupied!

My digestive health is fine, I'm just trying a new brand of fish oil which appears to be stronger and fishier than my old brand.

LMAO! Oh man, can I sympathize!!! I used to HATE THAT! I realized long ago that Monday is universal chest day, wednesday usually has biceps in it, Saturday is disco-muscle-day = Chest, biceps, shoulders and quads, and Sunday is hangover day = stagger around and do anything that allows me to sit.

Its actually one of the motivators for me building the gym in my basement.

I can actually tell stories about the stuff that happened in the gyms I ran/worked in, back when I was really into the scene. If I remember later, I'll type out the story of "no-neck-nick", the guy drinking starbucks and how he almost lost his life one day... its brilliant.

Chocolate Philadelphia. Very disappointing! First of all it's the 'light' version (which I wouldn't normally touch with a barge pole) and secondly the taste is meh. It's not chocolately enough or cheesy enough. I should have bought Nutella!
