Playing a rugby match with 12 men, so playing 13 a side and borrowing a player from the other team, spraining my thumb under a high ball, the opposition having just enough pace to outrun me (and then tap tackle me when I had the ball), having one of our players go to hospital within 10 mins because of a badly dislocated knee... Plus I would have scored a try if the passer (one we borrowed) actually passed the ball to my hands, as opposed to the touchline two metres from me (although he did apologise).

It was one of those games. Luckily it was a friendly...
