Should rolling be before or after training? There is a small one at the gym. I had quite a bit of thorathingy upper back tension when doing squats tonight and that may have helped.

A lot of people do it before training as part of their warm up. It can be done either as part of a warm up or cool down or on rest days to help recovery.

I had a hurt zone like that in my spinal erector muscle for ages. It felt like there was a nerve really close to the skin and even mild pressure or over use really hurt the area. One session of self myofascial release with a small ball, and that "raw" area is gone. I really thought I had some kind of neurological problem down there, it really hurt.

I just tried doing pistol squats while still recovering from the flu...Not smart.

Managed one set with right leg, left leg started spasming then I almost passed out.

Stupid girl is stupid.

1. Thats a few days I should of spent in trying to fondle a chimp or whatever you do when you're pissed

2. Seeing if I'd grown out of them giving me headaches and opening up the possibility of the pub during my break at college tomorrow

3. Good idea!!
