My oly bar still didn't get delivered. Pestered the company and they said it'll be delivered tomorrow. Yeah, I already heard that. . It would be kind of nice to do some deadlifts. (The local gym doesn't have a free barbell, just one that is connected to a rack and can only move in a vertical line. I think I'd have to stand on a freaking stool to deadlift with that...and the other place has one but is either closed or has fitness classes going on all the time. Fail. Double fail. Hyperfail.)

Stupid freaking 'oh maybe we'll have one in later' culture. You pay for something, you find out they don't even have one in yet, and then they take a freaking aeon to deliver it. Stupid....... Crap.

Other things that suck: ectomorphism.

I get up to 55kg again, which is an achievement...and then I have to go and feel crappy and not eat like a dope addled wolverine for a while. Result: I'm only 50kg right now.

Ok, back to eating like said dope addled wolverine....

I've just been to the gym.

Why is this bad, well it was only for a shower, as the boiler has finally given up the ghost. No heating, no hot water and probably a big bill.

Luckily facebook came to the rescue when a friend recommended a plumber.

I am hoping he can give the system a service for £85.00 on Thursday.

If he can't then the old system will probably have to be replaced.

Well the heating system appears to be totally beyond repair.
