I'm all for good - great customer services, coming from a long history of employment which were/are all customer service based. But couldnt there be something to be done about the reverse? Where the Customer is polite to the staff!

Polite customers = Polite staff = better service

Its a 2 way street dammit! It shouldnt be.

Extremely rude customers = polite staff = good service.

If customers are nice and polite, then the service will be better, so dont understand how people can be complete idiots and expect to have better service.

Went and did some thing at the club for a sky sports thing but this is after an almost non stop week of training and we really upped the tempo of wrestling yesterday. Not going to be recovered by Monday and I'm training every day next week. Going to be a lot of DOMS

the Grrr comes at the fact that train tickets to see my friend are non-refundable!!

Little adolescent boys wolf whistling at me to look cool for their friends...LOL.

I was probably heavier than that little piece of crap, and certainly stronger than him. And there he was acting like he was the predator and I was his little victim...

There should be so many 'but's' in front of what I say next that I'll sound like my lawnmower. I don't wolf whistle, never have. I receive them

I know Blade. I hate most teen boys. Except the subculture kids who, though they might LOOK intimidating to mainstream people are generally decent kids. I've never seen a metal head or an emo screaming sexually loaded vitriol in the street or making a public nuisance. I also mostly hung out with other metal heads when I socialized at all when I was younger and they never behaved like that.

I hate how the so-called normal teen boys act like they're already all dominant and powerful. Like the world is THEIRS, their hunting ground, their rage room, their freaking personal property, and girls or women are just little mice who are there for their hunting pleasure. Especially when I see some little adolescent who probably has less testosterone than me at the stage he's at...he's smaller than me, looks lighter than me and is certainly weaker than me, yet he assumes he is the powerful one and I am prey/property by sheer power of the social order. LOL. I wasn't sure whether to laugh or slap the kid's face. I chose 'laugh'...purely because I'm old enough to go to jail...
