Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

This powerlifting comp is on July 29th in Northampton. Squat training was tonight. Max weight though I feel I shoulda done more reps (accustomed to Rips SS sets/reps as I am). Agreed to Bench training on Saturday morning! I sometimes don't get out of bed til midday. This is going to be tough
 
Hitting "post" after you realize you just typied something that makes no sense at all.
 
vicious circles of negative feelings i can't get rid of, and my inability to unload by crying. i feel like crap.
 
and the fact that i recognize these feelings, i know where they come from and why they happen, and yet i can't stop them. then i whine about them and feel bad about that too.
 
Have you tried B Complex vitamins? They're supposed to help with head stuff. Hope you can get to feelin' better.
 
i have been eating bananas semi-regularly, but it's only a palliative, and does not solve the underlying problem, which will either resolve itself with time (which i doubt), or will require professional help.
 
the depression is gone. what remains is distress at a mental vicious circle, which comes and goes depending on my mood at each moment. i personally suspect OCD.
 
as far as it being terrible, i found concrete consequences to be worse. they were the reason i kicked my ass into gear and took steps to eliminate it, although the damage is done. the problem is my apparent inability to move on. (the issue is strictly personal and private, but i need to externalize it to clear up my head. i will not talk about it here)
 
there is behavioural therapy. i have more important issues to take care of in the near future, though, but i WILL get professional help when the circumstances are propicious.
 
Job hunting. If you dare to search for part time places the amount of absolute horse piss you have to trawl through is enraging. Its a new achievement for the internet to make me punch my computer by showing me the word "surveys" for the 76th million time
 
The litle 'un is going through the same thing looking for part time student work.
