Grrrr trying to find a cheap suit jacket that fits. Why do people not realise that you can have broad shoulders without being built like a brick outhouse?
If on more person tells me "you'll be better of dropping the weight and doing 10/12/15/20 reps you'll do more good than 1/3/5 with all that weight" I can not be held responsible for my actions.
I'm supposedly doing this comp two weeks on Saturday but couldn't help let slip I'll probably be looking for another gym, as there are people there that I can't bear who I know hate me. I just get fight or flight everytime they're there and was supposed to be doing squat
not a grr (more like a "BWAHAHAHA", tbh ) but this reminds me of the dude that was next to me while i was doing front squats yesterday. he was using what i think was a smith machine, doing quarter squats and looking at me with a "i'm just going to ignore this weirdo" look on his face (i was going atg).
i'm suffering from adrenal weirdness again. It's 1.30am, and I am having adrenaline dumps and can't sleep.
I'd do some lifting, but the metallic noises would definitely wake up my mom and brother. Pullups are out because my pullup bar is attached to the door frame so I'd need to have my door open, and I don't want my cat running around the place waking people up. Vlech.
I'll do some one armed pushups, why not I'm leery of doing pistols because my left knee is a little unstable and can subluxate when I go into the low end of a squat.
I'll pass on the SMR...I don't want to hurt anything down there...I got some weird pain in that zone lately and I'm ok now but kneading at it with a powerball doesn't seem like a good idea, lol...
