Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

fricking hell. starting to have another existential crisis, and so sore i don't know if i'm going to be able to do much at parkour (but i MUST go), or how long it'll be until i'll be able to move again afterwards if i end up doing stuff. gonna be a fun weekend, this one...
 
guess i'll have to take a pretty big rest period. still going to go to sub wrestling again on tuesday if i can, see about signing the fricking contract.

grr at my sluggish recovery times (and/or at my ability to not notice when i'm working out to hard/my body's ability to work out harder than it should given my recovery times/*insert other excuses here*).
 
soaked going to the gym, still wet got soaked again on the way back. nearly run over on zebra crossing outside my house, hey white van man your not the one soaked to the skin, whats the hurry. but tis nothing compared to favourite blogger back on line after a six week gap when she attempted suicide, discovered by letting agents after a week on nothing
 
@ Moi, hope everything will be ok. Sorry for not joining in before this, I've been busy with work and travelling home.
 
Oh I'm alright. Just came as a bit of a shock yesterday. Things like that don't normally bother me but it rocked me yesterday. I know why and it really freaked me. Thank you anyway x

FOOOOOOOOOOOORNICAAAAAAAAAAAAAATE!!!!!

just had a furniture-related boo-boo and sliced my thumb open. bled so much it filtered right through the band-aid. luckily didn't catch any tendons, but it was really ****ing close.

nothing to cut off the flap of skin with either, so probably gonna end up with a weird scar. no anti-septic either (how the did we not bring anti-septic??? should have made my own travel medi-kit. don't think we even have alcohol), so there's risk of infection. at least the finger's functional.
 
sorry, slipped by. now if my bleeping thumb would stop hurting... funnily enough the slice itself was painless. washing the wound, on the other hand...
