on a more on topic note, i have what i suspect is, but might not be, a tension headache, along with what appears to be sinus pain. if i'm sick, corona, you are an evil poopy contagious woman. *flings poop at you*
 
cheers, i'll try in a while. not sure if it's sinus blockage though, just the area hurts a bit. i'm actually suspecting i might have hit myself in the nose while brainstorming MA stuff yesterday. i do it every once in a while just for the lulz
 
grrr, definitely something up with my sinuses, after testing them a bit. might have caught it from my dad, who woke up with a fever today and spent most of the day here lying in bed.
 
Still jacked right up after judo. Didn't really get a good fight because the only guys who turned up are much bigger and they didn't wanna hurt me so they went easy. Vlech. I want an opponent, not a rag doll!! There's a guy who always uses his full strength even if you're smaller but I sadly didn't get to roll with him. Bum and poo.
 
I had the most s-oh-i'm-not-supposed-to-swear time at the gym earlier, and wish I stayed at home spent about an hour pottering about on the squat rack trying high bar position and a more olympic style ATG with more upright posture but couldn't get enough weight off my feet to my heels so even 40kg felt heavy and after many sets I came home feeling dejected. I'm fed up with people saying my squat looks almost like a good morning
 
For some reason it took me 3 hours and then some to upload a video to YouTube. Gggrrrr

I set it away and it took forever. It took even longer to 'prepare' or something so it actually has a title and the tags work. I skipped it, 4 hours later 004 is officially uploaded.

First or second time I front squatted 2 plates, it was straight after heavy Deadlifts so my back was a but worn out hence the excessive lean forward

Think I'm good for a double or even tripple now though.
 
I wish someone would fling poo girl at me. I mean she's seriously mentally deranged. But I can ignore her inner beauty and just focus on what's on the surface .
