Try watching the Food Channel. Watching someone indulge themselves in good looking food makes me jealous and hungry.

Jealous, but definitely hungry.

Well I didn't think I would have the energy to get back into outdoor running today (plan on intervals on Wednesday and a slow/long distance run on Saturday or Sunday) but it was okay. I think the guilt at getting in late pushed me into work mode and kept it for most of the day. It rained so hopefully is a little cooler tonight. Cambridge had the highest UK temp yesterday

just got the blue screen of death while watching a film on my laptop. I think it got even hotter than me and just passed out. I haven't got wifi at home so it's not online so can't have caught any interweb viruskies, but I'll do something else while waiting for some scanning to complete.... and I was going to try getting to bed early for a change!

i am (still) waiting to be called by the ing internet guy who was supposed to set up our connection, and who after fiddling with the cables here, told me he needed to check the line elsewhere to see if it was working and would then call back. three hours ago ಠ_ಠ.

and i need to make an important phonecall and i can't because i'm waiting for this guy. GRRRRRR.

I have ran out of swear words to describe having to upgrade my bank account now "its time to move on" from my lovely free teenage account. I have no source of income, and you know this Barclays, yet you still seee fit to force me into an account that charges me per month for no discernable reason?

Don't they all charge monthly? I've never had more than 10 quid before this year I have no idea how this system works! Say what you want about loan sharks but at least they only charge you when you actually use their money

I'm not charged for my account. It may depend on how much your putting in, but I'm pretty sure you should be able to find an account that doesn't charge you. Tell Barclays to take a hike!

Their own website says they have an account with no fees - I think they're trying it on with you!

I really do love you. Flicking through this book they sent me that looks like the same account they said they'd charge me for including a price hike in a couple months. I'll apply and give it a shot though me thinks.


I've been int here a few times last couple weeks and the only thing I could think of standing in the long ass line was all the different ways I would pull off a robbery. Once the cashier had a knife though so I may have to re-evaluate if they're all ninjas.

Loud cellphone talkers. Their annoying. Especially when their like "Between you and me" when it's really between them, me, and the entire supermarket. When they leave, I have a sudden urgen to run after them and yell "So did your sister abort or not?!"
