Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

Yep. However, if you visit Canada, make sure to not bring fresh fruit. That is the one most important question they ask, and if they find fruit, they will confiscate it (including the container it is in (oh the horror!)).

USA confiscates Kinders eggs because apparently you are too stupid to eat unsupervised and might choke. Losing my laptop would bother me. Losing an orange? Not so much.

Does it count as "fresh" if it's travelled across the Atlantic on a 6 hour flight?

I just love training at work. Apparently sitting through a mind numbingly boring e-learning health and safety course counts as actual training.

I seriously doubt rotting fruit would be any better XD

You know, I never thought about. Hmmm, maybe I can finally bring grapes with me. Just gotta make sure I don't sit down too hard.

On a related note, when I travelled with my family to the U.S, the girl at the border crossing was constantly eyeballing us and asking us questions. Could have sworn she was still staring at our car when we left. However, on the way back into Canada, a different guy at the border crossing is like "Have a nice trip?" "That's good" "Welcome back!"

Not a lot of people are angry at Canada. Though we aren't very exciting to begin with lol

AAARGGGHHHHH @ being handled like a glass doll in judo class...for the last time, just because I'm not as strong as an adult male doesn't mean I'm outright disabled. Thank you.

People who let their aggressive dogs go after people: Die. Just die. Seriously, if you don't understand basic morality at 30-40, you should probably just stop using up other people's air...

I mean standing up or sitting down and lecturing and demonstrating stuff to actual people, in the room, not a phone call or email asking if they've tried switching it off and on again or some more details of what they did to break eBusiness Suite

Actual training is very different from what is delivered at most companies, where courses are chosen by someone with a budget to spend and little knowledge of learner's requirements, the best ways to group them, meet them and evaluate the progress afterwards.

As a result companies shy away from training and fall back to support.

If they were to approach their training requirements with as much thought as most other issues they'd be much better served.

You didn't miss much, actually it wasn't too bad except one woman didn't understand any of it. I just hope general failness means she can't do any damage by not getting past the requisition stage

I feel in a meh mood today for no reason. This just about sums it up
