Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

it's not the cold i'm worried about, it's the possibility of seasonal affective disorder...

You need to get one of those anti-S.A.D. light lamp thingies!

And crop top sports bras make me go grrr! They do the job they're designed for really well, but are impossible to get off once you get sweaty! I practically have to dislocate my shoulder to get out of the stupid things!

Warning, Warning, Warning...

Everyone beware...

Fish is channelling Moi!

FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUuu- my neck is getting tight again.

can anyone tell me why was i so fricking stupid as to leave the tennis balls in buenos aires?

aaaand great, now my headache has made me nauseous, occurrences of which are pretty high on my hate list, as they have tended to result in violent vomiting in the past. at least i haven't gotten any blind spots like the ones i get during really bad migraines...

Have you tried putting an ice pack or really cold patch on it - doing this is supposed to really help with headaches.

You'd need a PhD in the subject, for some for some sports bras!

they've never seemed to provide anything other than short-term relief, as i believe my migraines are tension induced (i have a history of neck tightness going pretty far back and am too inconsistent to fix it, which is moronic but meh. let's just say i don't kid when i compare the amount of knots in my neck to a BDSM party for sailors ). at least the nausea's gone now.

well, we'd appreciate if you made a video tutorial or two

If only you lived closer...

Have you tried getting a deep tissue massage on the area occasionally - it might work better than SMR with tennis balls. A friend of mine had similar problems and getting a really good massage on her neck worked wonders for her.

Have you had your eyes tested recently?

I'll take that into consideration!

annoyed as hell because i spent hours creating computer synth music and the program malfunctioned and deleted the lot...

now, I'm saving everything elsewhere on my own disc drive...

you are now officially an ordained IT person.

welcome to the fold, and stay away from tech support if you value your mind

difficult to find here until i learn some proper norwegian. actually tried to contact a guy that does ART but i never heard back from him.

yeah, before coming to norway. i can see pretty well but have to use glasses for stuff requiring heavy visual focus, and the fricking laptop screen does not help matters any. i'll probably start to go out and read in the sun if the weater clears up, though, now that i've acquired reading material.
