Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

Thank you! That just made my day! It's even better than the three goals I scored playing football tonight. you is pretty awesome too

GPP, a rant:
You know the annoying thing? I haven't got time to do GPP. I spend far too much time digging holes, mixing concrete, fixing old machinery... oh, hang on...
You know, I'm not against the idea of a more generalised fitness where you develop qualities other than pure strength, but it offends me, yes offends me, that people think you need a special piece of equipment to do it. Sleds, prowlers, all these things are wonderful tools for taking money out of people's pockets.
As for sandbag training, if I'm going to heave sacks of stuff around, I'll want paying for it.
And then, sometime last century, some bumhead discovered that if you hit a tyre with a sledgehammer, it bounces off! awesome, let's do it again! Now, I despise people who abuse tools, and this is silly.
Also, lastly, my tractor tyres are where they should be: ON THE BLOODY TRACTOR.

ex-crossfitter. I've gone back to starting strength after finding that quite a few of the crossfit workouts are not very practical.

missed a train then later one was delayed 30 minutes, from cold and wet to sunny i was melting and in a bad mood

I was must teasing buddy.

There's no reason you can't do sprints/conditioning at the end of a SS workout.

grrrr, i tried to do a good act and couldn't

was on the tram on the way home, and a woman tried to get on but couldn't reach the door on time, and i tried to press the door opener button, but the tram started moving half a second before i pressed it. and there were people closer to the button than i was ಠ_ಠ.

i am disappoint, norwegians.

also, discovered that i can do bagwork using only sports tape to avoid bleeding, but it didn't hold up to repeated abuse

got a hard disc failure, first time ever (luckily the stuff was also on another external hdd)

Sorry to hear that I'm fixing my sisters laptop right now. She has bad sectors on her hard disk. Which I told her required that she convert to Ubuntu for me to fix it. ... I just skipped the start of the disk and made the partitions at the end of the disk.

it's going to rain today, and i have parkour later ಠ_ಠ

where i was planning to make use of grassy areas ಠ_ಠ

ಠ_ಠ ಠ_ಠ ಠ_ಠ ಠ_ಠ ಠ_ಠ ಠ_ಠ ಠ_ಠ ಠ_ಠ

Idiots on the motorway last night. It was absolutely chucking it down, there were massive pools of standing water all over the road surface and the speed limit was set to 50mph, but there are still morons who think they're perfectly safe and skidding and aquaplanning won't happen to them (probably because they don't believe in braking!). I don't mind if they get themselves killed, but I'd rather they didn't take me (or anyone else) with them!

Plus my front tooth filling came out whilst I was munching on pizza crust! Grrrr!
