Grrrrrr. I'm still coughing after a week and a half, have a sinus issue and I think I broke a toe kicking my mate around at sparring yesterday...

perhaps reciprocal inhibition through isometrics will work a little better than stretching and free mobilization.
 
Done some...not really working...

And scraping my hair up in a ponytail inexplicably made the headache worse...apparently the tension somehow spread to my scalp. So now I have my hair up in a pair of french braids. I currently have short hair...you can imagine how annoying it was to try and plait it.

but yeah, scalp tension is a major cause/exacerbation factor of headaches, and one i never found out how to fix. i suggest going to wikipedia, looking up one of the gray's anatomy images of facial musculature, and kneading muscles at random
