I'm not blaming them really. I know how my body feels and changes during various parts of the month and hormonal fluctuations make a huge difference to my energy levels, co-ordination and general well being. It's not so much blaming the hormones as learning to accept how they work and adapt my routine round them.

Believe me, if you'd ever witnessed me in full blown 'psycho bitch from hell' PMT mode, you would have absolutely no doubt as to the effect hormonal fluctuations have!
