Went back to ninjutsu tonight, first time in... a while.
During the warm up rolls, despite having warmed up via some kamae practice and dynamic stretching and getting a bit of a sweat on, within minutes of the class started, I get cramp in both thighs simultaneously. Thighs are sore for the rest of the night, and now my body is cooled down, aided considerably by having to take the dogs out when I got back, I'm really feeling it. One of those few nights where I really wish I didn't sleep on the floor.
