Things that make you go GRRRRR.... (Part 2)

hrrmm, i nearly inserted glass into someones face, cheeky bloody students.

its not that glass collecting is lowly or anything but i pretty much get by on tips, if i'm not at the bar i'm not earning tips, if i'm not earning tips i havent enough money for the week.

bit of 'blurry vision' scare for last 20 minutes but seems okay now. may need to ration my laptop time over the rest of the weekend

I think I'm getting a cold. My nose is all tingly and I'm sneezing far too much. I guess I'm going to have to ditch the HIIT session I had planned.

No! You must train! Sweat it out. You already have a cold if you can feel the symptoms. So it's pointless trying to make excuses now. You've clearly been able to function just fine.

I'm not functioning fine, I'm sitting here snuffling and sneezing! I think I'll go for a walk and put off the HIIT till tomorrow (I'm on a deload week anyway so an extra easy day won't hurt). Then I'll pig out on the sticky toffee pudding I bought in Sainsburys and watch Stargate all evening. I just hate not knowing if the cold is going to blow up into a bad dose or I'll just be snuffly for a few days.

Some hecking mother dafodiller, drove my wife and kids off the road in a fit of road rage

She rang me up at work in bits. His number plate was to dirty to get the reg. A black Seat hatch back. Guy early thirties

GRRRRRRR.

I WANT JUDO CHOP!!!!111

Sorry to hear about your woes 7th and Steve

@Frodocius woman up and give me 20! ;]

Suspect I'd find that quite interesting. But then, I find taking out surgical staples therapeutic, so I may not be the best yardstick.

Hope you feel better soon Frodo.

I recommend a decent helping of cake to keep the energy levels up, and some good hearty bacon for the protein.

Thanks!

Had sticky toffee pudding last night, will be having some ham shank and eggs later on and some Haagen Dazs creme brulee ice cream for pudding!

Pulled left hamstring this morning on my way down the stairs, lucky I didn't fall down them, but hurt like hell so probably 6 weeks before I can do much. Really pissed off. Can barely walk, stairs are the toughest. Took most of Nov'11 off with same injury, managed judo then but it was the beginners class.

Sat in an office with about 50 computers going and the air-con is knackered.
Currently 30 degrees here.
My brain doesn't work above 25.
