I slept for crap last night, and now I'm a zombie. I'm not getting any work done, and instead I am posting on MAP and playing video games. I suck. Also, why do we not have a zombie emote?

Note to self. Do not guzzle a ton of sugar followed by several helpings of uber high protein soup late at night, you will definitely drive your adrenaline levels up.

It wasn't even the sugar...I was tired until I had the soup. I put like 5 scoops of peanut butter in it.
 
I'm definately going to buy a foam roller. Just can't be doing with walking around like a robot for at least half the week every week. Grrrrr at not committing enough to some throws tonight. I had a seoi nage but didn't finish it. WIP

Grrr oponent has pulled out for friday and there's no-one to stand in.

gotten bouts in may and june but i had planned on a bulk through then for a highland games/strongman meet which'll have to be cancelled.

atleast this means i can deadlift tommorow i guess....

Grrrrrrrr forgetting about my neck, jumping up the stairs and causing yet more pain. Then having an argument with myself for being such an idiot
