On the flip side having a house full of kids with nowhere to escape to at the end of the day might be too overwhelming for him after all those years of not seeing you. You have to take these things a step at a time.

I dont know who my role model was, but I find it hard to believe it is him. If you, aikiewolfie, turned up one day and said could you sleep on my floor, I get out the sofa bed

I think I preferred constant massive adrenaline dumps and insomnia.

Yeah. That happened.

And I had to pass an exam on zero sleep, still persistently dumping adrenaline. I was concerned the invigilators would assume my huge-ass pupils were from illegal drug use and throw me out.

At least, I hope I passed.

Anyway. This sucks. I don't normally fall asleep easily, but I'm destroyed enough that I fall asleep if left alone for two freaking seconds.

THE RAID?! Holy faeces, awesome! I am so going to see it. I just need to check the...

My car insurance has gone down a massive £10 (this is what six years of no claims gets you younglings), but my home insurance and life cover have gone up, totally negating this, was, huge savings... Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I got a dead leg in judo tonight, miscalculated on a Osoto Gari and must have hit my quad into her knee (I'm shorter), can barely get up from the sofa hope it's better by Thursday

Walking around for 5-6 hours delivering flyers for the past two days really makes the legs sore.

Also, why is it when some people say no to flyers, they do it in such an angry fashion? Evidently, in the short 10-20 seconds we have interacted with each other, it looks like you want to beat the living hell out of me.

Ahhh I've flyered for a fair few bars and clubs, if you let it bother you you'll go mental, if your bigger than them make a joke of how silly it is, if not just smile and forget about them.

I've some hellish stories from working promo but it was overall a great laugh, make sure you have fun with it
