Was driving to school today. A idiotic driver to my right blew the stop sign and flew across the road, nearly hitting me. If I hadn't had stopped in time, he would have collided with us. I look over and I see that this idiot is on his cellphone, and not even looking at the road. Argh!!! Terrible Winnipeg drivers are their finest......
I've had it since I was about 16-18, but it ruptured during Ju Jitsu practice a few weeks back. It was potentially strangulated, but recovered bit from that. Then after an examination last Tursday I find out the first one rupturing caused a fascial tear...basically my abdomen ripped from the inside out and my intestines poke out when I eat or moments of exertion
Teaching has been problematic, and if I had anyone to cover for me I woudl certainly have done so
I got a Valentine card yesterday from an ex-bf, so clearly he didn't get the memo that I was not interested in someone in another county who works irregular hours/long shifts, never around when I really need someone. That it was personally delivered through my letterbox was a bit creepy. I know he travels for work a lot, just lucky I was out.
I was browsing suggested videos to watch after the stuff that features on my Training Log and came across in the sidebar along the right a vid where some guy dies during a Powerlifting comp during the Bench Press. While I was intrigued just what went wrong (he was doing suicide grip and the spotters weren't really spotting when it mattered). I couldn't bring myself to watch it, the info is just from all the comments less a GRRRRR more a EUGHHH
Grrr coming in from work sitting down to check your emails , just to find out that it's full of people posting are sending you request's some type of crap of Facebook. Knowing these people have kids , feel like shouting go away man go outside take your kids to the park, go to soft play and please do something with you life or kids that does not involve Facebook.
