Had a pretty meh workout, having to wait nearly 30 minutes to get onto the Bench, then only got 6 reps at 47kg, tried not to get too distracted by it. Got home and put it in the 1RM calculator and it came back with 57kg, so not a disaster and thought I'd got back to last years form until I looked in the logs and noticed I got 6 @ 49kg last June on my previous 531 program so I've a little way to catch up yet
