I walked away from a fight today.

And I managed to be in the bakery at work for 15mins while beautiful hot bread was being taken out the oven and didn't eat any of those evil white carbs :P

However, finding out that there's going to be a Sunday family class at my dojo makes me squee. My daughter just about went into squee-hysterics when she heard

The fact that my daughter loves spending time with me goes beyond smiling and into pure bliss.

I went for an eye test today and although my vision was okay it could be improved with glasses.

For a half decent pair of designer frames and varifocal lenses I was quoted £400.00.

£400.00

Think I will look elsewhere.

My fingers are a perfectly good remedy, but not quite as good as a male human being. Lol.
 
You mean for sparring practice, or sports massage or something, right? As this is a family friendly forum and all.
 
Visit more bars and take advantage of all the young fresh 18 year olds. Epic pub crawls are happening a lot round here recently
