You know I can't decide which is the better job at the shows. Front row seat looking after the ring girls or being in charge of the cage door

Just to drag this thread out of the gutter

Managed a gym session without hurting my back. The niggle is still there but a much reduced weight in the session on limited exercises was OK

Congratulations! I'm still getting sore abs from driving, never mind training. Maybe I should stop taking corners so fast.........
