tonight I got 1 x 5 @ 32.5kg on Overhead Press for first time, previously I kept failing on that last rep. I've been determined to go for strict OH Press and not the Push Press.
I also managed to get Power Clean for the first time, previously I just couldn't get the rack part, at 40kg it felt good. I'll definately be doing more of these and it should help with my Deadlift too. Winning!
