Found a nice downhill trail, just right for my lack of experience and lack of serious fitness when riding around a local "country park" (ie old coal mine that's been landscaped). Tracks and trails discovered when you think "I wonder where that goes?" are the best

It's only a shoe rack but I made it out of odd bits of timber from the garage and £2 worth of dowel. It fits perfectly in the cupboard and, well, you can rack shoes up on it. Go me!

I just tried doing pistol squats for fun/to get my blood going after sitting still watching the Cage Warriors fights for hours. Haven't done those in ages, but can still do 20 each leg. I'm not exactly heavy, but even for a small light woman 20 each leg is pretty good.
