my core muscles are SO raw from doing parkour, but that's good. Microtrauma is how you get stronger XD

Sensible Swedish people who wear wellies and waterproofs when it's raining - unlike Scousers who seem to wear less clothing as the weather gets worse!

Oh, and I just read through the aikido 2nd kyu syllabus (yes, the day after I get my 3rd kyu) and I'm reasonably happy with at least half of the syllabus. Roll on the October course!

Never run more than 6 miles before, just did 9 in the evening sun and it was great

Haha I'm one of those weird people lol. I regularly go out in winter in a short sleeved shirt. I do have that ramjet engine metabolism though. Low temperatures just don't touch me.

amusing and quaint combinations of thought patterns and emotions. they entertained me.

I remembered there was 1 remaining Frijj in the fridge just as I was cycling home after a most unexcellent gym session. +1 -1

Training for the UK SPS started in earnest yesterday. Looks like recovery isn't going to be that much of an issue although my thighs and arse are knacking today! Performance pressing later ala chris thibs.

Also getting through 10 eggs yesterday makes me go lol. Especially when listening to 135lb mates and 95lb girls telling me "you'd be amazed how much I eat" or "seriously mate I eat loads, I just have too fast a metabolism/I am a hard gainer"

Right mate, well how about you put that pint down and actually eat something.
