Things that make you go :-)) take two!

Inspired by your video of headstands i gave it a try, just to see if i could hold myself up at all. All i will say is, Ow! The wall attacked my heels on the way up, the floor attacked my toes on the way down whilst continually beating my head. I now quite literally hurt head to toe. It was a laugh though.

haha, yeah, it takes a bit to get used to it. try to tuck your legs on the way down, it's easier to land on the balls of your feet that way.

more on topic: random unspoken and/or imaginary walking speed competitions with fellow fast pedestrians make me go

my first submission! (guilliotine choke... i think )

Went to the doctor this morning to review my antidepressants (he upped my dose :s) but while there I weighed myself, and since I was there last, I assume about a month ago, I've lost 5kg, nearly 11lbs I'm about 6kg away from my target weight now

Edit. yes I know this is not the grrr thread, but I have to get this off my chest now.

Good thing about only three people showing up to an aikido class - plenty of space so we had a full session of jo and tanto techniques
