You know i just watched a terrible m/arts demonstration on you tube. The bloke called himself Kancho?
I was under the impression that it meant something like "someone who leaves an org to lead their own org.. or something like that!
But this fella was not the head of the particular org??
So, anyway, i googled "kancho" to update myself with its meaning and...
