realizing that i'm not as hopeless as i thought i was, although simultaneously realizing i'm a bloody tool (southpaw can confirm this).

keeping to my never gymless plan and doing 90 minutes of Kettlebell intervals, exercises, and skipping outside my flat after work in the courtyard even though its a public area outside the group of flats, several people walked past next time I'll take a mat though, that concrete hurts
