Just finished my lifting session (yeah, I was posting on here inbetween deadlifts and powercleans, lol XD).
I felt really weak earlier, but I thought I should lift anyway since my strength is such an asset at judo and I don't want to start losing it. I figured 'Ok, I can feel comfortable now, or I can destroy a 15kg heavier guy in groundwork later'. Did them anyway and I feel pretty good now. Will power ftw, haha. Or recklessness, I'm not sure...
