Go to supermarket, pick up packet of dried pasta, take home, put in cupboard till needed then take out, put in pan of boiling water till soft, add sauce, meat and veggies, eat!

So if I buy spaghetti and boil it, drain it and then add tomato ketchup it'll taste even better? ... Would that sort of "cooking ability" impress a Frodo?

I love the snatch lift, but I'm scared to do it in case I mess it up and hurt myself. It's a weird complex movement and I don't fancy dropping the barbell on my own face...

One day I'm so going to start taking proper Olympic lifting classes...

Tip: Routinely scoop up the pasta and taste it. Works for me. Though I have to admit it's hard to get Al Dente. I usually end up under cooking it.

Nice on the improvement!!

WORD! i'd kill for an oly lifting coach. i still remember nearly breaking my jaw when i hit myself trying to push press... i think i still have the scar from that one. thank poop my tongue was well away from my teeth that time.
