So people may or may not know I've been off exercise for the past month or so thanks to various things - went to the gym today and got a new PB on the bench press! I can now bench 60kg fairly comfortably with good form. I know it's not much to some of you, but it was a big self-esteem boost for the old llama!
Did my first Pilot focus group today for my PhD research. And apart from the absolute comedy of errors at the beginning it went well! Can already feel the stress melting away
Finally got a decent electric strimmer to cut my back grass. I refuse to call it a lawn because it not. But that's for the Grrr thread. Just happy I managed to cut my way through my mini-meadow with it's many hills and valleys and canyons.
