Things that make you go :-)) take two!

The half hour or so before going back to training after the weekend when I pack my bag and dump it by the door. I love martial arts

Yes! more pics of Norway please Fish, You have got to have some amazing scenery out there.

Freaking Europass CV nonsense over and done with. Now I'm going to go strangle something.

gimme a while to get them on the pc and resize them to decent dimensions and you shall receive

Find of the day, and quite possibly of the year:
What appears to be a complete set of parts for a BSA bantam D10! SCORE!

Some random things that have made me go .

A pair of Bullfinch's in the garden.
A Sparrowhawk swooping in, landing on the birdtable and leaving the garden devoid of all birds, Bullfinches included.
Eating a picnic in my daughter's new playhouse.

Hedgehogs!

I was doing some kettlebell exercises in the park opposite where I live - 100 swings, 100 high pulls, 100 windmills, 100 clean and press - and it was getting pretty dark, too dark to safely finish with 100 snatchs, another time.

Bearing in mind I was interrupted at the start of my 100 high pulls by a man and his dog, he seemed a bit keen, and well I thought talked a bit too long for an innocent chat with a stranger, so when I heard rustling in the trees behind me I thought 'boshi ken' check, 'mae geri' check.

I turned around and saw nothing. Then I looked a bit harder and saw a blob moving around on the ground. Cue: move in for a closer look. They can't half run for the size of them, unfortunately for some not as fast as cars.

Hedgehogs rock! We used to have one that went on patrol round our garden and past the patio windows at dead on 10pm every night!

I'm looking after my kids whilst they're on holiday.

Today we went to the supermarket, had dinner, went for a bike ride and picked blackberries (blackberry and apple crumble tomorrow). Doesn't sound like much but with a 7 year old and a 4 year old that's plenty.

And it was great big grin mahoosive ticklingly marvellous.

Mitch

I'll be needing a description of that hedgehog

The guys at Aikido used to call me sonic because I could roll up into a ball and do continuous ukemi like sonic the hedgehog. I used to play skittles with peoples legs after being thrown ... I miss those days of innocent mischief.

Thank you for narrowing that down.

Now you're making me blush. I'm trying to be evil here

I do try to be helpful you know!

Evil can be cute too (look at Baal in SG1, he's very evil but extremely cute, well OK, cute is not doing him justice, he's just HOT)!
