you will all be amused to find out that i did sumo deadlifts today, but because of the stupid shape of the rack...

also did back squats, and hang clean to OH press (might end up finishing it with an OH squat just for the lulz). quite pleased that i can go lower on a back squat than on a front squat before my hips tuck, although i should actually work on fixing that (nothing slow reps and holding the squat pre-tuck won't solve, i think it's just my tight hip flexors, anyway).

Nothing wrong with cassettes! I still have a lot of stuff on cassette and my old ghetto blaster in my garage gym. Admittedly attached to it I have one of those old fashioned 'in car' cd players that have a cassette that you put into the cassette player so you can play tapes, but it gives me the flexibility to play cds and tapes in there!
 
I'm a collaborator in a couple of music projects, one of which only releases stuff on cassette like this - http://www.myspace.com/video/vid/107627061 the other has no recorded material or rehearsals just I was going to say edge of your pants stuff but that makes no sense, ah but it doesn't
 
for some weird reason, I got a HUGE adrenalin dump while doing some pullups. Felt like 2 liters of hot liquid being dumped into my bloodstream.
