Things that make you go :-)) take two!

Spoke to Moi once about a girl in our office who is from Liverpool. He said, "does she say oh my god a lot?"

Just saying.

Woo-hoo!

Or more in the spirit of the occasion: OOPAAAA!!!

Out of curiosity, what group is that?

Anyone ever sat outside with their dog and just listened to the sounds around you? I love doing that with my Jaffa, each passing car, a plane overhead, a dog barking in the distance, birdsong.. his ears twitch and his eyes follow every sound Always makes me feel peaceful.

It's Cordمo De Ouro

The class I used to go to was in Liverpool:

Apparently they only started in February.

The Capoeira instructor got back to me and said she's happy for me to train round my shoulder issues, so now I have to sit and twitch until Monday and their next class...

I might go and dig out my dvds and book and start swotting up on techniques and names (which I can never remember).

It was the last day of a course I have been teaching. Two students thanked me for teaching them so much :]

One gave me a hug, which I am sure breaks some student/teacher protocol, but was nice

CHARGING, CLEAR!
*Thump*

We only went over basic stuff, CPR mostly.

Us "men" demand pictures

And Rand's post is the closest you'll get to pictures of me doing Capoeira - sorry lads!

Fitocracy has restored all my points! I am a happy bunny now!

been a long haul but my back's improving every day - able to do cable woodchops now and deadlift with impunity. Only time it gives me problems now is when i'm sitting at my desk for too long - and this gives me an excuse to wander aimlessley about for a bit every hour or so.

My daughters third birthday today. Seeing her little face when she saw the pile of presents and the doll's house I put together last night (including carpet and wallpaper!).
Annoying to be sat at work but looking forward to seeing her this evening.

Happy birthday to your daughter PA Smith, she is a lucky girl to have a good father like you.

Bad day at work and I get an email about one of the apprenticeships I've applied for
